Returns & Refunds policy

At Digitize Websites, we strive to provide high-quality design services that meet our clients' expectations. However, we understand that circumstances may arise that require a refund. This policy outlines our terms and conditions for refunds.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued only under specific circumstances, as outlined below. Due to the nature of custom website design services, completed or delivered services are generally non-refundable.

2. Refunds for Project Cancellations

  • Before Design Work Begins: If a client cancels the project before any design work has commenced, a full refund of any payments (excluding the deposit) will be issued.

  • After Design Work Begins: If the client cancels after design work has started, a partial refund may be provided based on the work completed at the time of cancellation, minus the non-refundable deposit.

  • Completed Projects: Once the final design and access to the WordPress site are delivered, the project is considered complete, and no refunds will be issued.

3. Revisions and Additional Work

  • Up to three design revisions are included with the service, limited to the predefined scope of our design offerings. Additional revisions outside this scope will be billed separately and are non-refundable once completed.

4. Hosting and Domain-Related Services

  • Free Hosting: We provide free hosting as part of our service. However, if a client decides to transfer hosting or end the service, hosting fees are non-refundable.

  • Domain-Related Expenses: Any expenses incurred for domain registration, transfer, or third-party services are the client’s responsibility and are non-refundable.

5. Refunds for Technical Issues

If technical issues arise from our end that prevent the completion of the website as per the agreed-upon specifications, we will work to resolve these issues. In cases where a resolution is not possible, a partial refund may be considered.

6. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable once provided:

  • Initial consultation and design planning.

  • Any services explicitly defined as non-refundable in the service agreement.

  • Additional services requested outside the original project scope, including extra revisions, maintenance, or technical support.

7. Process for Refund Requests

To request a refund, clients must contact us in writing at contact@digitizewebsites.com with a detailed explanation of the refund request. All refund requests will be reviewed, and decisions are made on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

8. Dispute Resolution

We are committed to client satisfaction. If any disputes arise regarding payments or refunds, please reach out to us at contact@digitizewebsites.com to discuss possible resolutions before considering external actions.
